We recently bought a house and it came with a fairly new hot tub. The kids used it for the first time. That messed with the balance of water and it became intimidating to try to regulate. We stopped by the store and Debbie was, so helpful and patient with explaining what I needed to do to create a better environment in the hot tub.
Not only did she do that. I went home and completed the maintenance and throughout the whole process she allowed me to text her after hours as I had questions.
This type of customer service is what creates repeat customers. If more local businesses were ran with the same drive and vigor. You would see less online shopping and more support for local establishments.

I would 100% recommend Backyard Oasis for your spa purchase. We purchased a spa from a different dealer to begin with and it was an absolute horrific experience. They were no help and would take over a month just to show up to fix anything!! We returned our spa and went straight to Deb. She is so helpful, answers your questions, and will go above and beyond to help if you have trouble. Tom is also very knowledgeable and always shows up in a timely manner to do any adjustments or repairs.
